I am a kickboxing instructor and self-proclaimed Health nut and I feel like the biggest challenge in in convincing people to make a change is the fact that they become overwhelmed with information and feel that it is too hard for them to understand. Sure, it is a lot of information and it takes a while for the average person to make examining their nutrition routine, but it comes naturally after a while.
